An experience for the senses, all the year round
Embedded in the terrific lake landscape of South Carenthia lies the first Carinthian Nature Park. Here the Dobratsch represents the most eastern peak of the Gailtaler Alps. On the southern slope of the mountain is the biggest active rock slide and scree area in the Eastern Alps and is known as a mixing pot for nature. The richness of the fauna and flora is helped further by the dry warm climate and the minimal human influence.
