In the northeast of Mecklenburg - Vorpommern, near to the republic of Poland there is situated the nature park Am Stettiner Haff. The nature park extends to nearly 537 square kilometres in one of the most expanse areas of Germany.
The nature park Am Stettiner Haff includes the large forests of the Ueckermünder Heide, the natural and not built up sections the of the Haff coast, the meadows near the Haff, the lowlands of the rivers Uecker and Randow and also the hills of the Brohmer Berge.
Here you can find a lot of small and large elements of landscape. For examples the dunes of Altwarp, species-rich habitats of dry grass, reed zones, areas with juniper and mysterious bogs, but also used forests.
Let us invite you to open up the beauty and the variety of our nature park on foot, by bike, by boat or on horseback. Therefore you can use trails of more than 200 km.
We would also like to present to you the attractive landscape of the nature park by a guided tours through the park together with one of our rangers.
